About
Haotian Lu is a First-year Ph.D. student in Department of ECE, Universcity of California at Riverside, under the supervision of Prof. Sheldon X.-D. Tan. Haotian’s research interests include Electronic Design Automation and Computer-aided Design. He is currently focusing on Machine Learning-enabled VLSI Reliability Analysis.
Background
Haotian Lu got his B.E. degree in Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System from School of Microelectronics, Tianjin University in 2023. From 2023 to 2024, Haotian worked as a research intern in ScopeX group at Arizona State University, led by Prof. Jiaqi Gu. During his undergraduate studies, he also collaborated with State Key Laboratory of Processors (SKLP), Chinese Academy of Sciences, focused on Hardware-Software Co-deign for Post-Quantum-Cryptography.
